The Disintegrator was meticulously packaged, plasticine on the tip, bubble wrapped and secured in two places inside a hard cased box. The packaging was clearly marked “Fragile, handle with care”. Unfortunately the tip of the Disintegrator arrived broken. PH London apologised for something obviously not their fault and offered to replace immediately. 5 star customer service every time. This company is my go to place for all my PH products. I personally think it might be best to pick up the Disintegrator when attending one of their many brilliant courses or pay extra and use a courier service instead of Royal Mail.
