It is absolutely fine for you to fall asleep during a Pranic healing session. If you remain awake, go over the day’s activities and mentally correct what went wrong. Self-honesty is the key. If there's any discomfort or unusual sensations in the body during the healing, please message or call immediately. During a personal Pranic Healing Session You will be asked to sit comfortably with your arms and legs uncrossed and your palms resting on your laps, facing upwards. Slow and deep breathing will help you relax and absorb more pranic energy. To increase the receptivity of your energy body, visualise the affected part or the whole body filled with luminous white light. You may also repeat the following affirmation: “I willingly, fully and gratefully accept the healing energy in full faith.” What happens after my treatment session is complete? You will be asked if you feel any difference, change or improvement in your ailment – the change may be instant or after some time.
